Briefly about Kuchinox

We are a manufacturer, importer and distributor of sanitary products for fitting kitchens and bathrooms, above all. An important group found in our portfolio are metal products, including handles and wardrobes.

We have been present on Polish and foreign markets for more than 25 years. Our registered office, which is a work place of the Company’s Management Board, Product Managers, Key Customer Managers, Export Managers, the Marketing team, Foreign Sales Department and Accountancy, is located in the very heart of the city of Łódź. 

Warehouse, Quality Control department, Central Service and Customer Service Office are located in Smolice near Stryków, in one of logistics centres nearby motorway junction (A1 and A2). 

Buk near Poznań is the location of our modern factory of granite products, where among others our granite sinks are produced. In 2022 in Romania, we launched our second production facility with the very same activity profile. In factories owned by the company, apart from the Management, Technologists and Production Process Planners, an experienced team of Engineers, Machine Operators, Inspectors and Warehouse Operatives work as well.

Kuchinox is also a team of Sales Representatives and collaborating Service technicians, who operate nationwide.

Recruitment process

We recruit for specific positions via thematic portals, such as pracuj.pl or olx.pl, or through specialized human resource consulting companies. After considering the submitted applications, we contact via phone with selected candidates and arrange for a first interview (possible in online version) with a manager of a department concerned. The second stage is a face-to-face interview with an HR department representative and a department manager, which is devoted to discussion over mutual expectations, including salaries. In the case of positions with a narrow specialization, the second stage of the recruitment shall include a test on language skills, knowledge of operation of computer applications or even a competition task, according to a vacancy concerned. Results of job interviews – regardless of the decision – are always communicated to all candidates taking part in the second stage, by phone.
