An oversized cut-out removes the support required by the sink flange. The component then rests on the worktop by only fractions of a millimetre, which can quickly pull out the Clips. An opening that is too tight forces the Bowl into place or requires unnecessary corrections with the jigsaw, weakening the laminate. Always measure the internal dimensions specified in the instructions twice. Attach the paper template at several points with masking tape so that it cannot move while the outline is drawn in pencil.
